After receiving a request in my inbox a number of years ago (it is now 2009) concerning getting info on vampires, I decided to simply edit my original article. It was the second article I have written for the web on this subject using the same title and it is a newly updated version found throughout these website pages.

It is my aim to clear the cobwebs and give a more accurate view of what a real vampire is both from my own experience of being a vampire and from some research I have done online over the years, listening to interviews conducted with other vampires, firsthand information via the first version of “House of the Crossroads Angels” as well as in talking with others vampires.

Herein I present hypotheses as to how vampires were born this way, what our lives are really like, what our abilities as vampires are and are not, what types of vampires there are and what distinguishes the true vampire from those whom are “posers”. Other vampires in the Community at large may or may not agree with what I present herein. These are my own reflections and opinions on the matter. It is up to you to look elsewhere for more information and to decide what makes sense to you.
